Live-in carers can complete for you a variety of day-to-day tasks that you may not be able to do or may need support doing. These include chores such as washing dishes, laundry and ironing, preparing meals, caring for pets, administering medication, help with bathing, dressing, toileting and running errands, etc. Additionally to this type of care, carers offer support with mobility, getting out and about and can give you emotional support. Many carers end up being friends with their client because of the support and companionship.

However, you must be satisfied. We’ll never send a CareGiver who doesn’t meet your needs, and we’ll always accommodate any requests you may have for a change in CareGivers.
No. You (or an authorised representative) are only invoiced after the completion of services.
Usually, this happens after every 4 weeks. You never have to pay Caregivers directly. And you’ll never be asked to pay an additional fee to any employee.
